Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time:

    • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer standard shipping via reputable carriers such as DTDC, Delhivery and Indian Post.

  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package.

    • Customers can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing their order.

  4. Delivery Time:

    • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and the delivery destination. Orders are generally delivered within 07 working days of shipping date. 

    • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped, allowing them to track the delivery status.

  5. International Shipping:

    • We currently Do Not offer international shipping.

  6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

    • It's the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information together with the contact number . We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.

    • Returns must be initiated within 5 of the delivery date.

  2. Return Process:

    • Customers must contact us via contact email or form to request a return authorization.

    • Once the return is authorized, customers will receive instructions on how to return the item(s).

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

    • Please allow upto 7 business days from the date of receiving back the package for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  4. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  5. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Certain items such as personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
